Privacy policy
Privacy, briefly.
This site collects very little, so this policy is short. "Webaroo," "we," and "us" mean the Webaroo business based in Fort Myers, Florida, reachable at support@webaroo.us.
What we collect
- The read request form: your name, your company website, and your work email. That is all the form asks for, and it is processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf.
- Call bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Email: if you email us, we have your address and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply.
- Server logs: our host, Netlify, records standard request data including IP address, for security and reliability. We do not use it for analytics or marketing.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no ad or social trackers. We do not buy data about visitors and we do not sell or rent anything you give us, to anyone, ever.
What we use it for
To build and deliver the read you asked for, and to respond when you contact us. Nothing else. Submitting this form will not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence.
Who touches it
Service providers that make the site work: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Calendly (scheduling), and our email provider. Each processes only what you submit through it. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to do the things above. Want it gone? Email support@webaroo.us and we will delete your submission and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
