Connor Murphy · Founder and CEO
Connor founded Webaroo in Fort Myers and runs it as an operator, not a rainmaker. He builds and delivers every read himself, sits in the first calls, and stays reachable through the life of an engagement. When this site says "you talk to him, not a sales team," that is a description of the org chart, not a slogan. Apollo.io named him their Founder of the Year. We also use Apollo's software, and we would rather you hear that from us.
Alex Khatskalev · CTO
Alex leads engineering. He is the one who asks the uncomfortable data questions before anyone writes code, scopes what is buildable against your real systems, and owns the technical standard everything ships against. If your CTO wants to gut-check us, Alex is who they talk to.
Small by design
We are a small firm and we run it that way on purpose. You get principals in your standup, not a partner who sells and a bench of juniors who deliver. Every engagement is led by one of the two people on this page. When a build needs more hands, we bring in contractors we have shipped with before, and the accountability stays with us.
