Terms of use

Terms, in plain language.

Webaroo · Effective July 27, 2026

Using this site means you accept these terms. "Webaroo," "we," and "us" mean the Webaroo business based in Fort Myers, Florida.

The site

Everything on this site is general information about how we work, not professional advice for your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we correct it when it is not, but we make no warranty that any of it fits your circumstances.

The free read

The read is a short written assessment built entirely from public information, offered one per company. It is provided as-is: it is our honest outside view, not audited analysis, and it may be wrong where public information is wrong. Requesting a read obligates neither of us to anything further. Decisions you make based on it are yours.

Working with us

Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, access, confidentiality, ownership, and fees. Nothing on this site creates an engagement, a partnership, or professional duties until that agreement is signed by both sides.

Our content

The writing, design, and imagery on this site belong to Webaroo. Quote it with attribution all you like; do not republish wholesale or pass it off as yours. The Webaroo name and mark are ours. Frontier model names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners; Webaroo is an independent firm.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on the free read. If you engage us, liability is addressed properly in the engagement agreement, where it belongs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
